1 Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Swarve Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Swarve Bot.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Swarve ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Swarve Discord bot and related services.

2 Service Description

Swarve Bot is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides various features including but not limited to:

• Moderation Tools - Ban, kick, mute, warn, and other moderation commands
• Leveling System - Track user activity and assign roles based on XP
• Music Playback - Play music from various sources in voice channels
• Utility Commands - Server information, user profiles, reminders, and more
• Fun Commands - Games, memes, and entertainment features
• Auto-Moderation - Automated content filtering and spam protection
• Custom Commands - Create server-specific custom commands

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of Swarve Bot at any time without prior notice.

3 Eligibility

To use Swarve Bot, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Have the necessary permissions to add bots to any server where you invite Swarve
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

4 User Account & Data

When you use Swarve Bot, certain data may be collected and stored to provide our services:

Data We Collect

• User IDs - Your Discord user identifier
• Server IDs - Identifiers for servers using Swarve
• Message Data - Limited message content for command processing (not stored long-term)
• Configuration Data - Server settings, custom commands, and preferences
• Leveling Data - XP, levels, and activity statistics

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Swarve Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all users in your server comply with these Terms when using Swarve
• Configuring Swarve Bot appropriately for your server's needs
• Monitoring the use of Swarve Bot in your server
• Reporting any bugs, vulnerabilities, or abuse to our support team

6 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Swarve Bot to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Discord's Terms of Service
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or malicious content
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer Swarve Bot
• Overload or disrupt our services through automated abuse or denial-of-service attacks
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Impersonate Swarve staff or falsely claim affiliation with us
• Use Swarve for any illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or distribution of illegal content
• Circumvent any rate limits, restrictions, or security measures

7 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Swarve Bot, including but not limited to:

• The Swarve name, logo, and branding
• All source code, algorithms, and technical implementations
• Documentation, designs, and user interfaces
• Any content created by us

...are and shall remain the exclusive property of Swarve and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Swarve Bot in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Swarve Bot
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Swarve Bot
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our branding without prior written consent

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

SWARVE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability

We do not warrant that Swarve Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use Swarve Bot at your own risk.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWARVE AND ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our services
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Swarve Bot
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Swarve Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Abuse of our services or support systems
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of service (in whole or in part)

Upon termination, your right to use Swarve Bot will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Data After Termination

Upon termination, we may delete all data associated with your account or server. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we may notify users through our support server or bot announcements
• Continued use of Swarve Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
