7 Data Retention

When Swarve Bot is removed from a server, all server-specific data is automatically scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

8 Children's Privacy

Swarve Bot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Parental Notice

If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@swarve.bot and we will promptly delete such information.
